To simplify your life as a real estate agent, we've consolidated our recommended services into four standard packages, as indicated below. While we do offer additional service suggestions regularly in an effort to make your job easier and your results the best they can be, you'll find we have NO HIDDEN FEES, NO SQUARE FOOTAGE or TRAVEL CHARGES within our regular service area.
Note... PHOTO packages are turned around in 24 business hours. Video productions are turned around in 48 business hours. All prices are plus sales tax.

DRONE ONLY SHOOT
Sometimes the ONLY way to get those perfect "Selling Shots" for your listing is to utilize a drone photo shoot. OR, maybe you need aerial shots of a plot of land you're looking to sell. We have the drone, the experience, the license and the quality to make this happen for you. We'll provide up to twelve beautifully edited drone shots delivered digitally within 24 hours of the shoot. Video also available!

TWILIGHT & VIRTUAL TWILIGHT SHOTS
We offer both standard twilight photos (taken at dusk) and virtual twilight photos (daylight photos edited to resemble dusk photos). Twilight photos add an artistic flair that makes a property irresistible to many buyers.

Full LIFESTYLE Video Production Package
For those SPECIAL homes, choose our lifestyle video production package, to show what a home looks like "lived in". These productions are more intensive than our standard walk-through, and really serve to help build YOUR brand, while enhancing your buyer's remote touring experience.
Lifestyle Video Production: $499
VIRTUAL STAGING
Once the photos are done, fill those empty rooms without the back breaking work of physically staging a home. Let us add virtual staging in post production for a FRACTION of the cost of physical staging.
Minimum Virtual Staging Prices Start At: $69
Includes up to 6 virtually staged images, additional images @ $20 each

Photos & Videos done professionally are a MUST have for the best opportunity of success selling real estate. But, There's nothing quite like a 3D tour when it comes to assets a prospective buyer will love. Not only that, 3D tours are a great tool to show your sellers to win more listings!
