Available to all vacation locations in the continental United States, our vacation rental and hotel photography and videography services are designed to make your property stand out from the competition, resulting in an increase in profit and attraction of "the right" customer base.
Our packages for vacation rental properties are different from our residential and commercial packages in that the images and videos we take for your property are focused more on the individual features and details of the property, as well as amenities, and are also licensed to you for long term and promotional use as apposed to short term "for sale" licensing, more suitable for real estate agents. In other words, once you pay for and receive the work we produce for you, you have more freedom in how you can use them without extra licensing costs incurred.
Our vacation rental media packages start at $995 for a photos-only package of up to 30 images with drone, to include licensing fees for the images, and go up based on the individual property needs and additional services. All packages must be custom quoted and ordered via direct contact, not our online ordering system. Turnaround varies based on the individual project but our work is usually back to you anywhere between two and seven days after the shoot is complete.
